What We Provide

Dipflow is an AI-powered content generation platform. We help you create SEO-optimized articles through a guided workflow that includes research, outline generation, content writing, and image generation. The service operates on a subscription model with credits that are consumed as you use various features.

Your Account

To use Dipflow, you need to create an account. You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Providing accurate information when signing up
  • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Subscriptions and Credits

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you use platform features like generating research, titles, content, or images. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Bonus credits purchased separately do not expire.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for subscription fees or unused credits. If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Your Content

You own the content you create using Dipflow. This includes:

  • Articles and text generated through our platform
  • Brand voices and settings you configure
  • Projects and organizational structures you create

By using our service, you grant us permission to process and store your content as needed to provide the service. We won't use your content for marketing or share it publicly without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dipflow to:

  • Generate content that's illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Create spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search rankings through deceptive means
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent the source of AI-generated content where disclosure is required
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system
  • Access the platform through automated means without permission
  • Reverse engineer or copy our platform's functionality

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

AI-Generated Content

Content created through Dipflow is generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to produce accurate and high-quality output, AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. We recommend fact-checking any claims, statistics, or quotes in generated content.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Dipflow available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Dipflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to the Service

We're constantly improving Dipflow. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use of the service, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the platform or email. Continuing to use Dipflow after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
