- Is the content unique?
Yes. Each article is generated fresh based on your keyword, selected sources, and brand voice. Content is not copied from existing sources.
- Can I edit the generated content?
Absolutely. You can edit at any point using the built-in editor. Many users publish with minimal edits, while others use generated content as a starting point.
- Who owns the content?
You do. Content generated through Dipflow is yours to use however you like - publish it, modify it, repurpose it.
- Is the content SEO-optimized?
Yes. The generation process incorporates SEO best practices: keyword optimization, proper heading structure, comprehensive coverage, and meta descriptions.
Content Generation
- How long does article generation take?
The full process takes 2-5 minutes, including your review time at each step. The actual AI generation is 1-2 minutes.
- Can I regenerate a step if I don't like the result?
Yes and no. Some steps can be regenerated, while for others you can simply copy the article from a specific point and continue from there.
- What if generation fails?
Failed generations don't charge credits. You can retry the step. If problems persist, contact support.
- Can I pause and come back later?
Yes. Articles save automatically at each step. Return anytime to continue where you left off.
- How do I get better results?
Use specific keywords, select relevant competitors in SERP research, customize your outline, and refine your brand voice settings based on results.
Credits and Billing
- What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credits or wait for your monthly reset. Existing articles and projects remain accessible.
- Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Bonus credits (from purchases) never expire.
- Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
- How do I cancel?
Cancel through Subscription → Manage Billing. You keep access until your billing period ends.
Technical
- What browsers are supported?
Dipflow works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated.
- Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your content is private and not used to train AI models.
- Can I export my content?
Yes. You can copy content or export articles in various formats for use in other systems.
- Is there an API?
API access is available for enterprise customers. Contact us if you need programmatic access.
